This template adds files to Category:Copyright holder released public domain files.
Usage
{{PD-author|<!-- optional: name of creator -->}}
Parameters
The template takes the name of the image's creator as an optional parameter. If added, the creator's name will display on the template, replacing the text "the copyright holder".
