This subtemplate is transcluded by the templates in SVG created with ... templates
It decides whether to transclude {{Valid SVG}} or {{InvalidSVG}}, and passes their parameters to them,
or suppresses any valdidation. It determines also whether the file is tagged to be a "large" SVG
The template automatically sets the following categories: Large SVG files
