T0 links to a Template. It creates a link to the template, without surrounding{{...}} brackets.

Compared with other one-letter link template names, e.g. {{C}}, {{F}}, {{U}}, {{W}}, it would be more logical to call this template {{T}}, but this name is not any more available. And it is not advised to expand the heavily used template {{T}} for an additional variation without the brackets.
